Super Awesome.

It's braggin time. Because this doesn't happen often. I've been scoring some pretty sweet deals.

Three days ago, I found some bum genius diapers on the internet for real cheaps. So awesome. So, now we have 7 of these magical butt bandaids. Which is enough for one day and one night. So, every night, after Toby hits the hay, we quick wash and dry the remaining six for the next day. It's a rather comic feat: a mix of careful timing and mad running around. Sounds a lot like getting ready for Mass.

Then today, on our way back from a morning hike in Kilean State Park, I finally decided to stop at this un-manned honey stand that I've seen since we moved here. I've been meaning to pick up more honey at the co-op whenever we're in the cities, but at $12/quart, I just haven't gotten around to it.

Anyhoo, I wasn't prepared for the joy of finding that not only was it local, wildflower honey, but it was also raw. And then on top of that, it was SEVEN DOLLARS A QUART. Why yes, I did dance all the way back to the car. And no, I didn't drop any of the three jars I bought (it could've been more, except that was all the money we had).

When we got home, with me still glowing in my shopping triumph, we thought it would be fun to fly a kite. And it WAS fun! Ana liked it best out of the three of us. She actually took to it better than I thought she would.

Gotta run, it's time to throw the diapers in the dryer.

That looks like a big kite. Be careful she'll fly away with it. :)

When we fly our kites we always say this would be so awesome in Marshall with all that wind down there!
