Fleece and Quiet.

I've been dreaming of Bum Genius diapers ever since my friend Teresa lent me some of her daughter's to try on Ana. They are so soft and so easy. Much easier than our prefolds. And so today, when I found myself temporarily without any children, or anyone to speak of, to keep me from doing so, I wandered into a spiffy little shop in Linden Hills that sells them. I couldn't resist. I bought one. And now Toby sleeps behind me ... his little bottom all snug in it's fleecy softness.

Now, how to raise more $$ to buy more ...

In other news, Ana decided she's much prefer to spend the weekend with Grampi and Yi and Aunty Mary than with 10 strange men. So, on Friday night, I sucked it up and drove the 2.5 hours with a toddler and a three month old. Turns out, evenings are definately the time to drive with those two. Toby fell asleep before we pulled out of the driveway, Ana fell asleep by Redwood Falls, and I had quiet for the rest of the ride. And now, we are thoroughly enjoying the company of some of our favorite people!

I'm not sure how you feel about used diapers, but if you're okay with it you should keep an eye on craigslist for them.

PS. I always look forward to your posts!

I bought some of your syrup this weekend - hopefully that will help the Diaper Fund!
