Just a few shots of Ana and her cousins having had her first french braid.
And Yi teaching Ana how to make her famed curry puffs. She sent TWO DOZEN home with us. Rockin.
In other news, Father's day has been wonderful for everyone. After Mass (great homily Father!) Dan and Helen came over for brunch, and then stayed to watch the children while Dan and I got caught up on our gazillion things that we've been wanting to do but haven't been able to squeeze into the last 20 minutes of the day. Dan bottled all the maple syrup, I weeded the garden and planted more carrots and beans. Now I'm getting ready to divvy up the 15 pounds of pork we bought yesterday from our friends Ryan and Tiffany.
And now for the best news: Norman swatted Lucy on the nose. Three cheers for gutsy kitties! They will be best friends.

Sarah's response when I told her about Ana's French braid:
"How did she sit still for that long?!?!?!"
It's easy when you have 2 cousins to entertain.
