For years Dan has been asking me to learn how to make Pad Thai, his favorite thai dish. For some reason, I haven't. So, one day I told him that he could learn and make it his specialty. If you don't know, Dan is to cooking as I am to the internal workings of computers. But, he did it anyway! I am so proud:
It was delicious. That's our friend Teresa who brought her little one Elena over to see our kittens. Elena's not in the photo unfortunately. Doesn't the Pad Thai look tasty?
In other news, our garden is looking blossom-y thanks to the help of our potatoes and our walking onions.
