At the Lyon County Fair, I became privy to Dan's very favorite dish. This after six (!) years of marriage.
Beef. Instant potatoes. Wonder Bread. Food service gravy.
Aside from the beef, I should be revolted. But it was oh. So. Good.
And because it's been a while since Toby's shown up on this here blog, here's a recent pic of Mr. Smiles.
