Mocha!

It is so fun to spend the waking hour of Sunday gathered around our kitchen table sipping Mochas. Yes, even Ana gets her own little mocha all to herself. She loves it when Daddy gets out the espresso machine, two big mugs, and one little one. She points to her little one and excitedly exclaims, "Ana's mocha!"

Quiet times around the shire. I think we're in preparation mode, trying to get all our loose ends tied before Big Unknown hits. Speaking of Big Unknown, I finally heard back from the midwife in the area. Word is the talented lady is busier than heck, so trying to get ahold of her is akin to getting ahold of Stewart before he busts in through our side door on a 20 degree below zero night. Anyhoo, she was very very nice and after learning that we're not entirely sold on a homebirth offered to come over on Friday night and let us fire away all our questions for her.

I do hope it works out. It would be so wonderful for Wee Wambeke to be born into his home and not into the hospital.

Up next: Ana gets a haircut. You see, she refuses to wear barrettes or any type of hair binder. After considerable time is spent trying to wash syrup, jam, juice remnants and what-have-you out of her bangs, we've just decided to give it the ol chop. I don't have any photos though, and she's currently slumbering peacefully away. So, you'll just have to wait a little while. But until then, TA!
