Just a note of explanation on this picture: Ana was doing a "cartwheel".
With Ana mimicking much of what we do these days, Joy has taken to doing cartwheels for her, and although Ana obviously can't do them herself, she has her own version of a "cartwheel" that she always responds with: bending at the hip (with a huge smile on her face).
So for this photo, Joy was standing behind the camera doing cartwheels, and Ana was trying to do what mommy was doing...
