My mom.

I love my mommy.

Whilst Dan was in St. Paul these last two days, my mom made the 3 hour drive to keep me company.

Mom's are great. You can completely be yourself when they're around. You don't have to worry about entertaining them because they're always entertained. And best of all, the two of you can eat the highly sought after woman food together without having to make a seperate meal for the men (who dined together at my parents Minneapolis home).

We ate: lots of salmon, greens, and brothy soups with tofu and cabbage. They ate: steak and tater tot hot dish.
